Once your payment has been completed and cleared, we require 1-2 working days to process your order.
- Delivery to an ACS Point: ACS Courier typically delivers within 1 working day after processing.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue. If the error was on our part, you must return the item in its original, unopened condition, and we will promptly replace it with the correct one. Please note that if the item’s seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened, we will be unable to offer a replacement.
All orders are shipped via ACS Courier. Upon receiving your package, please inspect it carefully before opening. If you believe the item is damaged, you must record a video before unboxing as proof of the damage. This will help us take the necessary steps to resolve the issue with ACS Courier. Without video evidence, we may not be able to process your claim.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately to request a correction. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed for shipment. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
